St. Martinsfest

Offenes Feuer und eine eigene St. Martinsband vor dem Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz – wer hat das schon…? Wir hatten es! Am 7. November, nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit gegen 17:00 Uhr versammelten sich alle Schüler/Schülerinnen mit ihren Eltern, Geschwistern und dem gesamten Kollegium im wundervoll geschmückten Pausenhof. Im Klassenverbund standen die Kinder um das offene Feuer herum, um dort im Laternenschein gemeinsam klassische St. Martinslieder zu singen. Das Ganze wurde dieses Jahr erstmalig durch diverse private Musiker untermalt.

Anschließend gab es die von den Eltern gebackenen und von den Kindern geteilten St. Martinsgänse.

Frisch gestärkt postierten sich dann alle zum Aufbruch für den eigentlichen St.-Martins-Umzug.

Mit den selbstgebastelten Laternen ging es von der Corneliusstrasse ab über den Gärtnerplatz zum Gärtnerplatztheater. Dort wurden dann erneut, mit unterstützender Begleitung der Musiker, ein paar Lieder zum Besten gegeben. Das war sehr stimmungsvoll und vor allem etwas ganz Besonderes – unsere eigene Vorstellung!

Dann ging es auch schon wieder zurück zur Schule, wo das sehnlichst erwartete (zu stürmende) Buffet eröffnet wurde.
Mit Punsch und vielen Leckereien klang der Abend dann genauso schön aus, wie er begonnen hat!

Dank des Einsatzes des Elternbeirats und der Mithilfe der Eltern war dieses wunderschöne Fest möglich!
